Campbellsville Kentucky Real Estate

Have you ever considered where you want to buy quality whitetail hunting real estate? You can buy average deer hunting land for $1,500. I'll tell you about my 150 acre buck hunting paradise near 30 miles south of Elizabethtown later. Anyway, if you have the finances to purchase a well developed and managed piece of hunting property, you need to realize that all hunting land is not created equal.

It is imparative that you do a research of the immediate surrounding before you just buy Campbellsville or Kentucky real estate. The type of neighbors you have is just as important as how well you manage your land. It does no good to manage 80 acres only to have your neighbors around you owning 20 acres each shooting everything in sight. You would be wasting your time! You need a good 1,000 acres that practice quality harvesting practices. I own a beautiful 150 acre piece, but it wouldn't produce quality bucks if my 500, 600 and 80 acre neighbor didn't manage their hunts to 8 point bucks and bigger. I keep a 400 vine vineyard with a little swamp, 50 acres of dense briars/thick scrub surrounded by hardwoods. Accompanied by a 1/2 mile creek running through the center, I've been blessed w/ a great spot (It's for sale by the way:)

Let me take the time to tell you a little about Campbellsville Kentucky Real Estate. You can still buy good hunting land near the $1,500 per acre mark. Campbellsville is located about 90 minutes south of Louisville and 50 minutes south of Elizabethtown. Real estate in the Campbellsville area has remained basically a constant over the last 10 years. There isn't a lot of industry coming nor is there a lot of industry leaving. It is a town with core family values that still bans the sale of store bought liquor. Any concerns about this, try doing some research on Elizabethtown and Louisville Divorce Lawyers.
